AION 2 Gladiator Build & Guide

Gladiator now has a real Global level-45 baseline instead of a launch preview. Use this as the PvE starting point, then adjust for your party, encounter and current gear.

Level 45 PvE build

• Skill priority: Overhead Slam → Rending Blow → Ruinous Blow → Keen Strike.
• Stigma baseline: Lunge Stance · Zikel's Blessing · Rage Burst · Focused Block.
• Passive priority: Experienced Counterstrike → Attack Preparation → Murderous Burst / Impact Hit / Identify Weakness.
• Stat direction: Front Attack Damage Boost → Smite → Weapon Damage Boost ≈ Critical Damage Boost ≈ Damage Boost.

How to play

• Keep Keen Strike available for MP and use the Rending Blow line as your main filler.
• Use Rage Burst to open Overhead Slam windows, then fire Overhead Slam / Upward Strike whenever available.
• Use Ruinous Blow as a major damage and engage tool instead of wasting its window during mechanics.
• Press Lunge Stance and Zikel's Blessing when the boss can actually be hit; use Focused Block manually on a meaningful hit.

Common mistakes

• Standing behind the boss and wasting Front Attack Damage Boost.
• Using Focused Block while continuing to mash attacks and dropping the block early.
• Burning burst buffs into invulnerability, movement or add downtime.
