Aniimo pre-order bonuses: where and how to claim them
Pre-order packs arrive in the in-game mailbox of the first character created on the PS5 or Xbox account that bought them. Log in on that console to claim them. Once your account is linked, they also work on your other platforms on the same server.

The two packs
The official FAQ lists two pre-order packs, sold on PS5 and Xbox:

The exclusive accessory depends on your console: Fluffy Friend on PlayStation, Doggo Dude on Xbox.
The FAQ does not mention any pre-order pack on PC.
Where to claim them
Pack items are sent to the in-game mailbox of the first character created on the console account that bought the pack.
To claim them, log in on the console where you bought the pack, with that account.
Using them on your other platforms
Once your account is linked, claimed accessories and items can also be used on your other platforms, within the same server. To link it, follow our guide on linking your Aniimo account.
Good to know
- Only one paid pass tier (Advanced or Collector’s Edition) can be activated per period.
- Items never expire.
- No PS Plus or Game Pass needed to buy and claim the packs.
If something is missing
- You bought both packs but only got one: restart the game and log back in.
- Your payment has an issue: follow your platform’s guidelines or contact PlayStation or Xbox support.
- Nothing arrives: make sure you’re playing on the console account that bought the pack, on the first character created with it, then contact in-game Support (Menu → Support).
Frequently asked questions
Do you need PS Plus or Game Pass to claim the pre-order packs?
No. The official FAQ says neither subscription is needed to buy and claim the packs.
Do pre-order items expire?
No. According to the official FAQ, these items never expire.
I bought both packs but only see one. What should I do?
Restart the game and log back in: the other pack should then be there to claim.
