How to link your Aniimo account across PC, PS5, Xbox, Steam and mobile

Your progress belongs to an Aniimo Pass account, meaning your email address, and to a server. It is shared across all your platforms on that server. On PS5 and Xbox, link your Aniimo Pass on your very first launch: it’s your only chance.

How it works: one account, one server

  • Your account is an Aniimo Pass, tied to your email address.
  • Your progress is shared across all platforms on the same server.
  • Servers are independent: a character created on one server doesn’t exist on another.
  • PC and mobile share the same data. The mobile version launches on September 23, 2026: sign in with the same account to pick up where you left off.

On PS5 and Xbox: don’t skip the linking popup

On your first launch, a popup offers to link the account tied to your Aniimo Pass email.

If you’ve already played on PC, or joined the web events with your email address, link your account at that moment.

On PS5, your server depends on your PSN region

Your server is assigned automatically based on your PSN account’s registered region. A French account, for example, goes to the Europe server.

On Steam: now or later

When you launch on Steam, the game offers to link your account to your Aniimo Pass. If you skip that step, you can do it later from the in-game Email Link page.

You joined the tests with a different email address

Test data isn’t kept, but test rewards are tied to the email address you used during the tests. The publisher recommends logging into the live game with that same address. If you used a different one, here are its instructions:

  • Before creating a character: log in with the address you plan to use, then go to Account Center → Account Management → Email and link the address you used during the tests.
  • If you already created a character and accept losing it: in the game, go to Settings → Account, link an unrelated email address, unlink your third-party account, log out, then log back in with your test address.
  • If you don’t want to lose your character: contact in-game Support.

These instructions apply to PC, the mobile version and the official website.

If something goes wrong

For a message like “email already in use”, the official FAQ gives no specific instructions: go through Support.

Frequently asked questions

Does my PC progress carry over to PS5?

Yes, if you use the same Aniimo Pass and the same server. Progress is shared across all platforms on one server, but data on different servers is independent.

I skipped the linking popup on console. What now?

The official FAQ says that console account can no longer be linked to an existing Aniimo Pass. Contact in-game Support to see what can be done.

Is my beta data kept?

No. Test data does not carry over to the live game.
