1. Fragrant Colors

Knocking on Velouria’s door takes a fragrance, and the Sea of Flowers, where Irises and Flutternyms live side by side, has everything you need. Sunia wants Iris pollen, plus the stronger pollen of an Irisal, the finest dancer of the family.

On the way, BINI detects an area drained of its energy: everything there is gray. Sunia tells you the legend. A century ago the Vein fractured, the world lost its colors, and children born on that withered land suffered from colorlessness. That is when Irelia the Irisalis appeared: her colors and her fragrance brought the land back to life, and it became the Sea of Flowers. Ever since, Bloomville has moved its Bloom Festival to match her appearances, once a decade — and it has been that way for a hundred years. With the ceremony failed, the disaster could start over.

Step by step

  1. Go to the Sea of Flowers and look for the place where Irises gather.
  2. Own an Iris, Twine with it and dance with the other Irises to get Iris pollen.
  3. Find the Irisal at the far end of the Sea of Flowers. You can’t talk to it while it dances: wake it through battle to get its pollen.
  4. Look for where the Flutternyms gather and catch one. They disguise themselves: perfumers usually lure them with a prepared fragrance, but an Aniipod does the job.
  5. Prepare the fragrance with Sunia, then head to Lumenfly Valley.

Section rewards: 1,200 Safaris, 1 Irisalis Petal, 10 Growth Fruit, 40,000 Credits, 4,800 Aniimo EXP, 20 Aniipod Pros.

2. The Land of Dancing Illusions

Once the incense is lit, the barrier fades: Lumenfly Valley is the Land of Sweet Dreams, where illusion and reality blur. Velouria’s voice allows Sunia and Snowy in, and warns that anyone else must be a Flutternym. Nicole, who only Twines with her Celestis, stays outside to raise the alarm if needed; you Twine with the Flutternym you caught earlier.

You have barely entered when a dream sweeps over all of you: worried parents, a sick baby, an Iris giving away its colors and turning white. Sunia recognizes her own past. Born with colorlessness, she could only make out outlines, but her sense of smell was exceptional, so her parents steered her toward perfume. Then she met Snowy, and at the festival ten years ago she prayed with all her heart to see colors. Her wish was granted.

Velouria cuts in: she did not create those colors. While Sunia prayed, the Iris prayed just as hard — to give her its own. Sunia immediately wants to give them back. Velouria answers that this is only possible… in a dream. Then she carries Sunia off right in front of you.

Step by step

  1. Light the incense to open the barrier around Lumenfly Valley.
  2. Twine with a member of the Flutternym family and venture deeper into the valley.
  3. Watch the scene about the wish from ten years ago, then set out to bring Sunia back.

Section rewards: 1,200 Safaris, 1 Irisalis Petal, 10 Growth Fruit, 40,000 Credits, 5,600 Aniimo EXP, 10 Aniipod Megas.

3. The Land where Dreams Come True

Climbing to the throne means flying: Snowy insists on coming and temporarily enters an Aniipod. The dream blossoms, meanwhile, replay the past. Velouria and Irelia knew each other before Irelia became an Irisalis; Irelia dreamed of seeing the Prismana Flow, “the most beautiful sight in the world”, a phenomenon that only appears once or twice a century; Velouria mocked her, then followed her across the continent. The last memory: facing a drained Vein, Velouria wanted to leave, while Irelia chose to mend it with her roots and return her colors to the land. The miracle of the Bloom Festival, then, is Irelia restoring the Vein.

At the summit, you face Velouria. Outside, everyone wakes up: as far as Nicole is concerned, you were only gone for a moment. Velouria finally explains how the colors changed hands: Irises can pass their colors on, and she linked the two dreams while Irelia’s power still lingered over the festival. When Sunia tried to give them back, Snowy refused and Irelia never appeared, so the transfer failed. A dream as pure as Snowy’s, she says, is rare — the second after Irelia’s. She ends up granting Sunia a reward for the entertainment… and announces there will be a price to pay.

Step by step

  1. Talk to Snowy, then have her enter an Aniipod so you can fly.
  2. Touch the strange blossom, then gather the butterfly shadows scattered by each dream blossom and follow them to the next one.
  3. Touch the dream blossoms to listen to Velouria’s memories.
  4. Follow the light path forward, fly to the Somniwing’s throne and defeat Velouria.
  5. Head back outside the valley for the final conversation.

Section rewards: 1,200 Safaris, 2 Irisalis Petals, 10 Growth Fruit, 40,000 Credits, 8,000 Aniimo EXP, 10 Aniipod Megas.

Frequently asked questions

What are the prerequisites for Aniimo chapter 4?

The first section asks you to complete the required quests in Elite Training Chapter 1, reach level 25 and advance to Grade II Student.

How do you get into Lumenfly Valley?

You need a guiding incense, blended from the pollen of Sunia's Iris and that of an Irisal in the Sea of Flowers. You light it at the entrance: its fragrance links the inside and the outside and forms a path. Velouria then only allows Flutternyms in, so you have to Twine with one to go further.

Why doesn't Nicole come into the valley?

She only Twines with Stella, her Celestis. Unable to Twine with a Flutternym, she prefers to wait outside so she can alert the expedition team if something goes wrong.
