The five healers
The constraint nobody sees coming
All five healers are Water or Wind — three on one side, two on the other. There is no Fire, Rock, Ice, Dark, Grass, Electric or Holy healer.
That has a direct consequence for team building: the moment you want healing, you bring a Water or Wind element onto your team, whether or not it suits the target. And since element swings damage by more than double, that is not a neutral choice.

It rewards staying alive and keeping things going, not attacking. A healer that goes down stops healing: that is why HP weighs as much as regeneration.
When a healer is useless
Let us be blunt, because the role gets picked on reflex:
- In a short fight, healing never gets the time to matter. A breaker shortens the fight, which protects you better than healing does.
- Against an over-levelled target, healing does not compensate: the level-gap penalty raises the damage you take, and you heal slower than it arrives.
- While exploring, HP comes back out of combat. A healer then occupies a slot a movement Aniimo would use better.
Where it shines: long fights, bosses with mechanics, and anything that asks you to survive a phase rather than kill it fast.
