Aniimo web event rewards: when and how you get them
Log into the game with the same email address you used for the event, then create your character: rewards go to the first character created. Aniimo Together! rewards are only sent after the event ends on September 27, 2026. You have 180 days after launch to create your character and claim them.

The common rule
For the web events held before launch, the official rules all ask for the same thing:
- Use the same email address (or phone number, depending on the event) for the event and the game.
- Rewards go to the first character created with that account.
- Delivery may be delayed.
- You have 180 days after launch to create your character and claim your rewards.
Time to Aniimo! (August 26 – September 3, 2026)
This web event was about collecting five Aniimo: Susuta, Celestis, Fentuft, Nimbi and Emberpup.
- All five in Basic form earn the “Meet in Idyll” profile card background.
- All five in Sparkling form upgrade it to “Sparkling Idyll”. Only your best background counts.
To receive it: log in with the same phone number or email address you used for the event, choose your server and create your character. The background is sent to that character automatically.
The event’s collection only exists on the website: it has nothing to do with your catches or progress in the game.
Aniimo Together!
The Adventure Supplies stored in your Warehouse and your squad rewards will be sent to the mailbox of the first character you create, within 24 hours after the event ends on September 27, 2026 at 23:59.
Until the event is over, it’s normal not to have received anything. Here too, use the same account for the event and for creating your character.
Pre-registration on the official website
If you pre-registered on the official website, you get one Susuta Egg at launch.
Bonded Promise: eggs sealed during the beta
During the closed beta, the Bonded Promise event let you seal your favorite Aniimo inside an egg.
- To claim it: log in with the same account you used during the tests.
- To hatch it: you first need to unlock the matching form of that Aniimo in your Aniilog.
- Excluded from the event: Prismana Form Aniimo, and a few special Aniimo such as Helion and Lunara.

Didn’t get anything?
- Check your email address: the event one is what counts.
- Check the character: rewards go to the first character created.
- Check the date: Aniimo Together! rewards are only sent after September 27.
- Be patient: the publisher warns of possible delays.
- Contact in-game Support (Menu → Support, or F10 on PC) if nothing arrives.

Why don’t I have my Aniimo Together! rewards yet?
They’re only sent after the event ends: within 24 hours after September 27, 2026 at 23:59, and the publisher warns delivery may be delayed.
I created my character with a different email than the event one?
